How to ship

Sending your first parcel

What to do, in the order you need to do it.

  1. Step 1

    Pack it properly

Use a box that fits the contents with room for padding, seal every seam, and put a copy of the address inside the parcel as well as on it.

  2. Step 2

    Check what you can send

Batteries, liquids, food and branded goods are restricted on many routes. Read the prohibited items list before you seal the box.

  3. Step 3

    Book, then hand it over

Price the parcel, pay from your wallet, and choose a pickup from your address or a drop-off at a service point.

Pickup or drop-off — your call

Choose per shipment when you book. Request a collection from your address, or take the parcel to a service point yourself if that suits the day better.

Where we deliver

Rates are held per origin and destination pair, so a route either has a published rate or it does not. Checking a price is the reliable way to find out.
